Tickets: Should be booked by early spring. Try the Queen Elizabeth II Stand for an upgraded viewing experience – new for the 2020s, Epsom has enhanced these facilities.

Dress Code: Strict in the Queen’s Stand (morning dress, etc.), and celebratory elsewhere (Ladies Day fashion on Friday).

Insider Tip: 2026 might see a particularly strong international field in the Derby – interest is high in even-numbered years when some horses prep for the Paris Olympics gala races (should equestrian exhibitions be tied in, you might see demonstrations or special guests).
