Stanley Gibbons are the world’s longest established rare stamp dealer, set up in 1856 by Edward Stanley Gibbons. They opened their current shop on The Strand in 1891, and also have overseas sites in Hong Kong and Singapore.
As well as stamps, Stanley Gibbons also deal in coins and antiques. The shop caters to the requirements of all collectors, from beginner to connoisseur. Publishers of Gibbons Stamp Monthly, which is the UK’s premier stamp magazine, their expert staff can advise on everything from highest quality Penny Blacks to the latest in watermark detection technology.
You can book a personal consultation with their highly experienced staff, where you will receive specialist philatelic advice, whatever your area of need. The shop is located right in the heart of London, close to Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden.
