About James Smith & Sons Umbrellas

Founded by James Smith in 1830, this is London’s oldest umbrella shop, selling every type of men and women’s umbrellas, bespoke, made-to-measure walking sticks, and accessories such as shoehorns, drinking vessels, spoons, paper knives and cufflinks. Many of these items are assembled in the workshop on site, just as they used to be 189 years ago.
