For over forty years, Scotland’s finest quality butchers and Royal Warrant holders, Donald Russell, have been supplying some of the top restaurants and hotels around the world including the likes of Chewton Glen and Simpson’s In The Strand.
Renowned for the quality of their hand cut steaks and roasts, Donald Russell offers a wide selection of steaks including Tomahawk steaks and Picanha steaks alongside cuts of lamb and pork, mince, poultry, game and seafood. With your main course sorted, you can also buy wine, canapes like cocktail crab claws, luxury puddings such as toffee apple bread and butter pudding, trimmings and sides to complete your feast.
Championing the traditional craft of butchery, they pass their skills down via their dedicated apprenticeship programme to help keep their art alive.
