Founded in 1884 by John Myland, Mylands remains the oldest family-run paint and polishes manufacturer in Britain with Dominic Myland, the founder’s great-grandson, as its current Managing Director. In 1985, it truly made its mark being awarded the Royal Warrant, making it the only manufacturers in its field to hold such a prestigious title. With a gallery dedicated to inspiration and ideas for potential buyers, Mylands categorises its product by room, colour and season, for those inspired by their immediate surroundings. With the advice on what colours work best in certain rooms, one can also count of Mylands for their advice on how much to buy so the basement does not get filled with copious amounts of one colour or worse, a room is less half-finished.
