The club has a short but interesting history. Former city trader Grant Ashton opened 67 Pall Mall in 2015 as a solution to a rather unconventional problem. An avid wine collector, he found he had amassed more fine wine than he could ever drink and he wanted a way to share his vast collection with wine lovers. The club now boasts the largest wine list in the UK with 4,000 wines, including 800 wines by the glass. The club has won several impressive awards, including the 2018 Award for the ‘Best Wine List in London’ from Wine List Confidential.
