After building up experience working with high end piano specialists from Granada, Spain to Corbridge, Gordon Bell went solo in 2003 and hasn’t looked back since. Today, Gordon Bell Pianos is an authorised Kawai, Shigeru Kawai, Yamaha and Schimmel specialist, with a breadth of knowledge few others can match. As well as retailing, the company provides tuning, event hire, removals and restoration services. The firm are responsible for the four pianos on the Queen’s Balmoral Castle estate, which include a Steinway concert grand piano and a Broadwood grand piano, given at the Silver Jubilee of 1977. The company is renowned for its efficient and friendly service, with a loyal and contented customer base. The firm are Royal Warrant holders for piano tuning and servicing to Queen Elizabeth, testament to their experience and skill. Thomas Lyte is a modern English luxury brand, renowned as one of the world’s greatest trophy makers. Founded in 2007 by Kenin Baker, all of its products are designed and created in its London workshop and the business name derives from the Lyte Jewel, an exquisite pendant jewel from the early 17th century.
