A gourmet food & wine event gathering the city’s top restaurants and chefs in an open-air “taste” extravaganza.

Overview: Over five days, foodies roam dozens of pop-up restaurant stalls, sample signature small-plate dishes from Michelin-starred and trendy eateries, and enjoy wine, champagne, and craft cocktail bars. Cooking demos and chef masterclasses from celebrity chefs are a big draw.

Tickets: General entry tickets (~£24) provide access to afternoon or evening sessions. Dishes are purchased with a festival currency (crowns). VIP tickets (~£70–£80) include fast-track entry, a glass of champagne, access to a VIP lounge (often with its own bar and seating), and some complimentary tastings.

Travel Tips: Regent’s Park is easily reached via Tube (Regent’s Park or Great Portland St. stations). Sessions are held rain or shine – consider a chauffeured car if you plan to indulge in drinks, as taxis/Uber are plentiful at park exits.

Dress Code: Smart casual, leaning towards fashionable summer attire. It’s an outdoor park setting, so stylish comfort is key; think sundresses or linen shirts and good walking shoes for grass.

Insider Tip: The festival runs two sessions per day – a daytime and an evening. The Thursday or Friday evening session often has a party vibe with live DJ sets. Book a Taste VIP Afternoon Tea or a spot at the gourmet fire pit experience early, as these special experiences (like chef-led BBQ tastings or whiskey pairings) sell out. For shorter lines, arrive at the very start of your session to hit the most popular restaurant stands (you’ll catch chefs like Michelin-starred maestros serving behind the counter).
