Tri Yoga’s range of classes are run by some of the best teachers and therapists in the world, all who practice a range of authentic styles. Every year sees the introduction of 30 guest teachers from home and abroad.
The range of Yoga and Pilates class styles include dynamic, hot/warm and non-pastural, relaxing and therapeutic and family-focused classes. As well as GYROTONIC method classes, mat Pilates and equipment classes.
The range of treatments includes acupuncture and acupressure, ayurvedic and beauty treatments, diet and nutrition, energy healing, homeopathy and iridology, massage, mind and development, physiotherapy, osteopathy and structural bodywork, pre and postnatal and reflexology.
