The Covid-19 global pandemic is one of the most frightening things that this generation has ever been through. In fact, aside from those who are still alive from WW2, no one in this generation, young or old, has been through something like this before. These are unprecedented times, which is why it’s normal to not to know exactly how to deal with the situation. Of course, we know to wash our hands, stay indoors and be as clean as possible, but Covid-19 isn’t just affecting our physical health, it’s having a huge impact on our mental health too. People are feeling lonely, isolated, bored and helpless. The Coronavirus Support Group, operating in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, is a wonderful way to help people keep calm and carry on.
