The specific location of the dinner will be kept secret. The menu, co-created by the guests and one of Nomadic’s outstanding chefs is based upon the preferences of the guests, and what's in season growing around the estate. Guests are greeted with a welcome drink crafted from the wild botanicals grown on the land. They are then taken on a guided tour, to pick out fresh ingredients for the feast, prepared on an open flame in the middle of the woods and eaten around a huge table meticulously carved out of an ancient fallen birch tree.
