Alongside their cookery school, Charlotte and Claire also offer private and corporate catering and can either deliver their home cooked Italian dishes already prepared or they can cook it for you at your home. Menus vary but example canapes include aubergine, smoked mozzarella and basil arancini and mousse of asparagus, Parmesan and truffle whilst larger dishes include Italian baby potato salad with parsley, capers, mustard and lemon and almond and orange cake with Mascarpone icing.
